If you have a larger 24x7 helpdesk, with 3 simultaneous operators and 4 crews for example, then Plan 3 fits your requirements best - the effective monthly costs are just $41.67 4 per technician. Therefore, the table below shows the best plan depending on the number of operators that need to use remote support tools:

No matter what pricing option you choose to use for your company, our promise to you is that by using our helpdesk solution you will save as much as $1,000.00 per concurrent user per year compared to the best competitive offer. You can change the pricing plan later on by paying the plan change fee of $125.00.

The standard customization fee2 is $250.00 regardless of the pricing plan.

The customization fees can be paid in monthly installments evenly spread for the duration of the contract (maximum 6 monthly installments in case of a contract with a 6-month or longer commitment). Depending on your helpdesk customization needs, the customization fee may be higher if you require a custom solution.
